Blue Atlas Broker Version 3.2 is a major upgrade to our original version. We have improved the speed and accuracy of our returned listings, improved the user interface, and added some great new features.

The first thing you’ll notice is the user interface on the main map page. We’ve made the map area larger by eliminating the 3 status lines at the top. There is now only one status line that combines most of the information that was in the original version. There are also no buttons on the map. We moved all the buttons to the top “Navigation Bar”. This will make it easier to move around the map and provide more area for the markers. You’ll also notice the pop-up information bubble, which appears when you select a marker. This is an improved pop-up from the previous version and is now turned on by default. You can go to the page 2 of “Preferences” to turn it off.
Another major change is we are now use the built-in “Maps” framework in the iPhone OS 3.x. This greatly improves the initial load speed, zoom speed, and pan speed. You can really see the difference!
Other improvements are you can send an email without leaving Blue Atlas Broker and we now keep track of all the locations you have entered to search.
It is still a free application, however we are now ad-supported. We tried to design the ad placements to make the them non-intrusive. For example an ad will appear on the Map page only while it is searching for property. Once the property markers are displayed on the Map, the ad is removed. On the “List” pages we include the ad only in the first row of the listings and do not dock it to the pages.
